The Coraline movie launches in theaters in February 2009. Some may have never heard of this fascinating tale, but some may be familiar with British author Neil Gaiman's novella Coraline. Neil Gaiman is well known for his science fiction and fantasy short stories, novels, graphic novels, comics, and films.
The Coraline movie is directed, produced, and the screenplay is written by Henry Selick. Fans may know Henry Selick best for his work as director of hit movie The Nightmare Before Christmas, but also directed and produced James and the Giant Peach and worked on visual effects for The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.
